    The client’s large workforce of 2500+ employees in field roles were provided email accounts through Zoho

    For these users, separate tools needed to be deployed for mobile device management (MDM) and multi-factor authentication (MFA), which added to the complexity of IT operations

    Employees in office roles, on the other hand, used Google Workspace Given the spread of IT resources, implementing a single sign-on (SSO) was also a major challenge

    This resulted in operational complexities in managing multiple disparate services for different requirements

Our Solution

  • The first part of the solution was to consolidate the entire workforce onto the Google Workspace platform

  • This was enabled through the use of Google Workspace’s Frontline Workers (FLW) plan which provides integrated tools tailored for employees in the field, offering essential services like email and device management

  • Cloud Identity Premium (CIP) was chosen for the client to extend Google Workspace to manage Windows devices and user identities, streamlining updates and patches without extra software

  • An Enterprise Agreement is being signed with Google Cloud with a longer-term commitment to Google Cloud services at a significantly reduced cost
